Can my Piper Layne bag be personalized?

We currently offer embroidered personalization for an additional $8.00 charge. Please call Customer Service to add this to your order.

Can I choose the handle color on my Piper Layne tote?

At this time, all handle colors have been pre-selected by our Design Team to best complement each pattern.

Can I wash my Piper Layne tote?

Yes! Your Piper Layne tote is completely machine washable, cold water and hang to dry (No bleach). For the Utility Tote, prior to washing, remove top metal frame and bottom board.

How much does shipping cost?

Piper Layne offers FREE ground shipping anywhere in the continental United States for all orders over $35

When will I receive my Piper Layne tote?

All Piper Layne products are shipped out of our centrally located distribution center in Dallas, Texas and should reach you about two weeks from the placement of your order.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

All prices are stated in USD and the following payment methods are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.

What about sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to Virginia.

How do I use a promotion code?

To use a promotion code, add all desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the Check Out. Review your cart and enter the coupon code you wish to apply to your order. After submitting the code, you will receive verification when it has been applied. Only one code can be used per order.
